The Township of Montville, located at the crossroads of Morris County, is accessible to all major highways, mass transit, shopping, entertainment and a dynamic job market. Proximity to airports, vacation areas and New York City add to the convenience and richness of life in our community.

The Montville school system is one of the top School districts in Morris County known for providing children with an excellent education.  Soccer, baseball, football, ice hockey and roller hockey programs are some of the athletic opportunities that are offered as well as fine scouting programs that teach leadership skills to our youth population.

Montville Township comprises 19.1 square pictursque miles.  The township includes three sections: Montville, Pine Brook, and Towaco.  With its easy access and close proximity to all main highways ( Route 80, Route 287, Route 46, and Route 280), Montville Township affords easy travel convenience to New York City and other metropolitan areas.

Excellent schools and easy commuting make Montville an attractive community in which to reside.  Despite its growth, Montville has retained much of its rural atmosphere.

Montville was settled by Dutch who where attracted to the area by its deep fertile soil, ample water, and proximity to ther towns.  Portions of the Morris Canal are still visible, particularly along Route 202 (Main Road). Montville was one of the major military routes for Geroge Washington.

Linda did an incredible job selling our home.  She totally researched the market to price it right and also did a great job marketing our home, because it sold quickly.  She was always available to answer our questions, and kept on top of the bidding process to make it as stress free as possible.  Her staff was helpful in sending us the information we needed in a timely manner.

If you’re considering selling your home, Linda should be your choice.
